Here's a project from the beginning of the year about Louisiana crawfish craze:

The piece was done digitally with pencil line work.

I wanted to hint at the feeding frenzy the southerners indulge in every year without having to illustrate piles and piles of shells or plates. The solution I came to was simply executed with an interesting composition and enough detail to satisfy my tastes.
